On December 14, 2023 Ivontsin L.A. presented a report at the seminar held by the Sector of Informatics and Biophysics of Complex Systems of the Department of Biophysics at the Faculty of Biology of Lomonosov Moscow State University: "Molecular dynamic modeling of proton half-channels of FoF1-ATP synthase (illustrated by the example of E. coli)». On the seminar he went into the question of the mechanism of operation and structure of FoF1-ATP synthase in various species and presented the main results concerning proton transport involving amino acid residues and water molecules.
