Proposal defense of Ph.D. dissertation by Kopylova V.S.
Yesterday, October 29, 2020, our researcher Veronika Sergeevna Kopylova presented a report on her Ph.D. thesis "Computer modeling of the arterial system of the rat brain". Proposal defense was held at a seminar of the Sector of Informatics and Biophysics of Complex Systems, Department of Biophysics, Faculty of Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Dissertation of Kopylova V.S. is about modeling the arterial system of the rat brain since rats are widely used to study various vascular diseases of the brain. As the main problem, the paper considers the issue of creating an algorithm that allows reproducing a complete model of the arterial network and determining threshold values for key parameters of the arterial system.
The dissertation defense will take place in autumn 2021.
