XXXI International Conference MATHEMATICS. COMPUTER. EDUCATION
From January 22 to 27, 2024, the XXXI International Conference "Mathematics. Computer. Education"" was held in Dubna.
The MCE conferences are interdisciplinary and aim to strengthen the efforts of scientists and educators, preserve the traditions of Russian science and teaching, and enhance the skills of academic and pedagogical staff in the fields of mathematical modeling and information technologies.

Y.R. Nartsissov, Head of the Mathematical Modeling and Statistical Analysis of Results sector, made an invited report "Spatial heterogeneity of a biological object and its impact on concentration gradients of metabolites", and was also chairman of the Medical and Radiation Biophysics section on January 24.
Ivontsin L.A. presented the report "Mutational analysis of proton half-channels of FoF1-ATP synthase" in the Molecular Modeling section. The other researchers and students who perform their research at the Institute made presentations in the Medical and Radiation Biophysics section:
- Mashkovtseva E.V.
Changes in the reactivity of human cerebral vessels after sublingual glycine intake
- Zagubnaya O.A.
Functional description of the 3D model of the glutamatergic synapse
- Agentova V.S.
Dynamics of changes in the mediator level in the synaptic space by the example of an isolated glycinergic synapse model
- Etezova F.M.
3D modeling of spatiotemporal distributions of metabolites in the structural and functional unit of the liver (short message).
During the conference, the researchers of the Institute took a guided tour to the NICA Megaproject at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR).
