International Study Group for Systems Biology - 2012

The 15th workshop of International Study Group for Systems Biology (ISGSB) took place in Ameland (Netherlands). The workshop was organized by the Systems Biology Centre for Energy Metabolism and Ageing of University of Groningen. The topic of this meeting was “Energy metabolism and ageing”. The themes of certain sessions were: "Regulation and control in metabolic networks", "Metabolic Pathway Analysis", "Sytems Biology in time and space", " Design principles of living systems", "Energy metabolism and Ageing",  "Medical systems biology".
The head of the Mathematical modeling and statistical analysis of results department Ya.R. Nartsissov became a co-chair of the Sytems Biology in time and space session, and a scientist of the department, S.E. Boronovskiy, made an oral presentation "Modeling of ion diffusion in water solutions based on methods of Langevin dynamics".
Also during the meeting scientists of ICMPh presented three posters.
Abstracts were published in ISGSB Absract book.
